Supply-related drivers of staff motivation for providing intermittent preventive treatment of malaria during pregnancy in Tanzania: evidence from two rural districts

The paper provides an interesting account of the factors affecting staff motivation for providing IPT during pregnancy and ANC more generally. The study used a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods to assess the views of staff working at health facilities involved in the delivery of ANC services, including private and government facilities.
