Determination of specificity of PfNPNA-1. The binding of immune serum (WR5), non-immune serum and PfNPNA-1 V_H/κ to R32tet32, recombinant hepatitis core containing (NANP)₄ peptide sequence and (NPNA)3C-BSA conjugate coated microtiter plate well was determined by ELISA essentially as described in Figure 4. The serum(s) and the recombinant PfNPNA-1 V_H/κ were diluted 1/16 and 1/10 respectively.
